Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

We don’t offer refunds on orders due to the time and labour that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped items or genuine manufacturing defects. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn, and the original tags are intact.

The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within 5-7 working days of the refund initiation. Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received at our unit.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations are entertained for those products that are already been purchased. Refunds are only processed based on errors such as incorrectly shipped or if the product has a genuine manufacturing defect. There may be slight difference on dispatch date according to season basis . Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.
The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation.
